As a service to our users we will service or upgrade systems supplied by us or our Partners
Most of our older systems can now have our newer Nova software loaded. This offers many improvements in performance and functionality (But no DVD ripping) (Note: Nova takes up 30GB of the system disk (60 GB on 2TB+ systems)
We endeavour to back-up and restore your data etc but it is the users responsibility to ensure that there is an adequate back-up before the system is sent to us as in some instances this may not be possible. We take no responsability for your data
Our basic charge includes inspecting health of your system. You will be informed if new drives or other changes are recommended. We offer 6 months warranty on the items that we replace
You may arrange collection by your courier or we will arrange return for you. The upgrade/service is performed within EU so there are no additional customs charges for EU residents
If your system is old or damaged we will often offer a Trade-In against a new system. Please ask
We also offer service/re-purpose on many competitive music servers that the original manufacturer is unable or no longer wishes to assist with. Ask us?
Our mailing address is displayed on this site and our order confirmation. Please pack your system well. We will use the same packaging to return your item! Our return insurance only covers our invoice value so you may wish to take out additional insurance
