Please check your model with us before ordering as there are several variants. Some upgrades also include new power supplies.
Existing music files are erased as part of the upgrade. There an option for us to back-up/restore you music. We cannot guarantee that process so it is important that you also perform your own back-up before sending the unit, if possible.
Benefits of the mSata/M2 SSD is that it puts the Operating system on a different SSD which should improve the lifetime of the main (expensive) storage SSD. Also possible slight speed improvement + leaves 30GB extra space on the storage. (About 60 more CDs)
